I have been privileged to work in higher education environments for over 20 years. Given her intellectual curiosity, her creativity and her communication skills (written, verbal, social media etc.), Caroline Miller is in the top 5% of students I’ve had the opportunity to interact with/observe. The phrase “high potential” is not an exaggeration and my advice to any employer seeking a high energy, exceptionally motivated and tech-savvy candidate is to add Caroline to the top of your list!

Michael Sciarini, Department of Hospitality & Tourism Marketing Chair at Grand Valley State University

Caroline is one of those exceptional people that once you meet, you are unlikely to forget. I have close to new 200 students per semester and yet I can recall exactly when Caroline first walked into my first class with her. Her self-confidence, humor, and energy fills a room and makes someone want to get to know her immediately. After an initial strong impression, some students fade back and don’t perform at a high level, but not Caroline. Subsequent to that opening exchange, I learned how hard a worker she is, how much she strives for excellence, and her ability to sustain her good nature and positive attitude while doing so. To quote an often overused phrase, “Any organization would be lucky to have her on board”, but I can’t think of anything that describes her better.
